Can I recycle your packaging?
Yes, absolutley! We are big fans of eco-friendly and enviromentally friendly materials and encourage you to recycle our packaging. Everything we use, from the inside of the box, to the ouside can be recycled!
Do you make the moulds yourself?
Yes! Our moulds are handmade and hand sculpted from air dry clay. We wanted to make sure that our customers would be getting unique designs that aren't anywhere else! We feel proud knowing that you are getting creations that are handmade start to finish.
What are the candles made from?
All of our candles are vegan and made from pure Soya/Vegetable wax, as this is eco- friendly and sustainable. It is natural for soy candles to sometimes develop something called 'frosting' after a while, this shows that your candle is made from pure soy wax.
What is your missing item/return policy?
We are more than happy to refund , or resend a candle to you if there is clear damage on the product you receive. If your candle seems to have gotten lost in the mail and you have chosen our tracked shipping option, we would be happy to resend a candle to you - however we will not be able to refund you for your initIal purchase.
Please be advised that if you have chosen the untracked shipping option, we will not be liable for missing items.
Do you do custom candles?
We are now accepting custom candle orders!
